Individual / Small Group Training Sessions

Individual or in Small Group Sessions for maximum repetitions

Easy to schedule - 1 hour sessions. Just call for an appointment- afternoons, evenings and some weekends

Open to boys, girls, or adult ages 10 and up

The goal of our individual/small group sessions is to give players a chance to improve techniques, skills and to get a maximum number of repetitions at those skills. This in turn trains the body's muscle memory to be able to perform these skills later with more accuracy and consistency. 

Working some of these sessions will be Rody Foco, HVVC's club director.  Former Argentine national coach, Huron HS Head coach and HVVC’s 16’s national coach. Rody is FIVB Level II certified and has been coaching volleyball for over 30 years. We have other great staff available as well- just call and ask!

Costs:

Individual/private lessons- 1 hour:           $75.00

Individual/private lessons- 4 sessions:  $260.00

Small group- 2-4 players-   1 hour:         $140.00/per group

Small group- 2-4 players-   4 sessions: $420.00/per group
